We offer a variety of classes including Bootcamp, HiiT, CrossFit, Functional Body Building, Yoga, and 24-Hour Open Gym. Our dedicated and certified coaches make sure that Compound Athletics is setting the standard for coaching. With safety being our upmost priority, our emphasis on form and function ensures that every athlete stays healthy. We know that when it comes to fitness, we all have different needs and goals. Compound Athletics’ programming is intentionally designed so that it suits any and everyone. All movements can be modified and scaled to the ability and comfort of each athlete.
